What does a fire warden do?

A fire warden (or fire marshal) is an employee appointed to help prevent fires in their area and to lead people out safely when the alarm sounds. They check escape routes and fire equipment, report fire hazards, sweep their zone during an evacuation and confirm at the assembly point that it is clear.

Fire Warden Course is a comprehensive, one day course designed to give delegates the knowledge, skills and confidence to handle fire at workplace. Awareness of role and responsibilities in case of fire and in case of non-fire situation.

Employees appointed as Fire Wardens or Fire Marshals who lead evacuation and fire prevention in their area.

Course is designed for staffs who are appointed as Fire Warden/Marshall in their company. Students will learn the basic concept of firefighting; safe evacuation plans and Risks Assessment for their premises.
