We Are Hiring — NDT Engineer / NDT Inspector

Location: UAE / KSA / Pakistan (as per project requirements)

CIB MARS is looking for a qualified NDT Engineer / NDT Inspector to join our Inspection Operations team. The role involves performing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections to evaluate material integrity, detect defects, and ensure compliance with international quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilites
- Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections using approved procedures and standards

Conduct testing methods including:
- Visual Testing (VT)
- Dye Penetrant Testing (PT)
- Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
- Radiographic Testing (RT) (where certified)
- Eddy Current Testing (ECT) (if applicable)

- Identify material defects, discontinuities, and structural weaknesses
- Interpret and evaluate test results according to ASME, API, ASTM, and ISO standards
- Prepare clear and technically accurate NDT reports and documentation
- Ensure proper handling, calibration, and maintenance of NDT equipment and instruments
- Follow strict HSE and radiation safety procedures where applicable
- Coordinate with inspection teams, clients, and technical management
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Industrial Engineering or related field
- 2–5 years experience in NDT inspection or quality inspection roles
- Experience in industrial inspection environments such as oil & gas, construction, fabrication, or heavy industry

Certifications (Preferred)
- ASNT / PCN / ISO 9712 Level II or Level III
- Certification in one or more NDT methods (UT, RT, MT, PT, VT)
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of NDT techniques and defect interpretation
- Experience with inspection reporting and documentation
- Understanding of international inspection standards
- Professional communication and client interaction skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and technical integrity
- Ability to work in industrial and field inspection environments
