Who is responsible for your information
CIB Mars operates through separate companies in Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The company responsible for your personal information is the one for the country whose office you contact or whose services you enquire about. If it is unclear, the company for the country you are located in is responsible.

Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, company or organisation name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email address, city, number of employees, the service or standard you are interested in, the reason for your enquiry, and any message or documents you send.
- Communications: messages and call details when you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email or live chat.
- Job applications: if you apply for a job, your CV and the details you provide in the application.
- Advertising and website data: when you arrive from an online advertisement we may record the advertising click identifier (for example Google Ads gclid) and campaign tags (UTM parameters) with your enquiry. We also collect standard usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, through cookies and similar technologies.

Saudi Arabia
If you are in Saudi Arabia, the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations apply. Under the PDPL you have the right to be informed about how your data is used, to access and obtain a copy of your data, to request correction, and to request destruction of data that is no longer needed. You may also withdraw consent where we rely on it. You can contact the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) if you have a complaint.
United Arab Emirates
If you are in the United Arab Emirates, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data applies. You may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to request transfer of your data.
Pakistan
If you are in Pakistan, we handle your information in line with applicable Pakistani law and this policy. We will update this policy if new data protection legislation comes into force.
