Verify a CIB MARS Certificate

To verify an ISO certificate, check that the name, address, scope, standard and dates on it match the supplier, confirm the certificate number with the certification body that issued it, then check that body’s accreditation for that standard. For certificates issued by CIB MARS, enter the number in the search box below.

1. Check the certificate details – organisation name and address, scope, standard and edition (for example ISO 9001:2015), issue and expiry dates (normally three years), certificate number and accreditation mark.
2. Confirm with the issuer – search the certificate number below, exactly as it is printed. A valid result shows the certificate details and status.
3. Check the accreditation – if the certificate carries an accreditation mark, the accreditation body’s directory or IAF CertSearch shows whether the certification body is accredited for that standard and scope.
